Description of Mark: The color(s) yellow, red, green and blue is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of in part of a three-dimensional configuration for a speaker grill cover (opening in detector housing through which speaker emits sound) on radar detectors. The speaker grill cover is generally in the shape of a triangle having curved sides and curved vertices, said speaker grill having two curved bands, one longer than the other, connected by two straight lines-one on each side. The interior of the design contains a cross-hatch design over the top of the speaker. The configuration also features two periscopes that are each shaped like two ramps with the shortest surface facing the front of the detector. Lastly, the configuration consists of a color and letter arrangement of radar bands displayed on the rear of the detector, said display comprising the letter X in yellow, followed by the letter K in red, followed by the letters Ka in green, followed by the letter V in yellow, followed by a seven segment display character in blue. The dashed lines are used to indicate the outline of the radar detector and are not part of the claimed mark but merely indicate the position of the mark on the goods.
