Description of Mark: The color(s) yellow, orange, light purple, dark purple, black, light green, green, white and red is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of "Vita Jam" as two words, in "title case". The words are in yellow with a gradient: the far left part of "Vita" is orange while the rest of the word is yellow and the far right part of "Jam" is orange while the rest of the word is yellow. Both the yellow and orange colors are a feature of the mark. The words "Vita Jam" are on placed on a designed ribbon. The ribbon is in purple with a gradient running left to right from light purple to dark purple to lighter purple to dark purple to light purple; the ribbon has a black border around all of the edges. Both the purple color and the black color border are a feature of the mark. Above the ribbon and the words "Vita Jam" is a designed character in the shape of a seed, with arms on the right and left side of the seed character; the arms are bent upward at the elbow as to show the arm muscles in a flexing position.
