Description of Mark: The color(s) blue black yellow white gray red brown is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of "The Paladin Group NC, llc" written in Old English script, in black or blue ink, on a white background. Below script writeing, the outlind of the State of North Carolina, (also on a white background) the right 40% being blue and the left 60% being two strips running horizontal, Red over white. On the left side of the state's solid blue portion is the imprint of the center portion of the official State flag of North Carolina and is written "May 29th, 1775", printed on a ribbon in yellow, arching downward over a white star, with "N" and "C" on either side of the star, in yellow. Below the star, "April 12th, 1776", printed on a ribbon in yellow, arching upward. A knight in full armor and helmet, identified as a "Paladin", is placed over the red and white strip portion of the "state", and is representing the Paladin (Knight) walking out of the state or away from the state. The Paladin has a sword in his right hand, held toward the ground at about a 30 degree angle and a shield in his left hand. The shield is held in a relaxed position, mid-body and slightly left of the body's center-line. The shield and the Paladin's breast plate (tunic) have the "cross" symbol, identifying the Paladin as a member of the Knight Templar. The Paladin is wearing a white tunic and cape over gray chain-male armor and is wearing brown knee high boots. A smaller shield (designed like the first) is attach just above the wrist of the Paladin's right hand.
