Description of Mark: Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a stylized lion design surrounded by a circular border. The wording "THE KABBALAH MUSEUM" is written along the top half of the circular border and the Hebrew wording which translates to "THE KABBALAH MUSEUM" is written along the bottom half of the circular border. Two opposite facing stylized design elements are positioned along the circular border in between the wording "THE KABBALAH MUSEUM" and the Hebrew wording. The stylized design elements consist of a center diamond. Protruding from each of the four pointed ends of the center diamond is a longer stylized line which is crossed horizontally by a shorter stylized line, the ends of which curve downward.
