Description of Mark: The color(s) white and gold is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a configuration of a white bottle with an elongated white cap, with lines and ridges appearing vertically from the top to the bottom of the cap and from below the neck to the base of the bottle. The color gold appears in the three cords wrapped around the neck of the bottle and in the plaque containing the letters "TF", which also appear in gold engraved lettering but are outlined in black in the drawing to show they exist, and in the gold drawstring affixed to the neck of the bottle. A gold rectangular shaped plaque with the words "Tom Ford White Patchouli", also in gold engraved lettering but are outlined in black in the drawing to show they exist, appears above the base of the bottle. The black lines appearing in the drawing are there only to give depth to the ridges of the bottle and black is not claimed as a colored feature of the bottle.
