Description of Mark: The color(s) black and gold is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a configuration of a black bottle with an elongated black cap, with lines and ridges appearing vertically from the top to the bottom of the cap and from below the neck to the base of the bottle. The color gold appears in the three lines wrapped around the neck of the bottle and in the plaque containing the letters "TF" which also appear in gold but are drawn in black to show they exist, and in the gold drawstring affixed to the neck of the bottle. A gold rectangular shaped box with the words "Tom Ford Black Orchid" also in gold but shown in black to show they exist appears above the base of the bottle. The white lines appearing in the drawing are there only to give depth to the ridges of the bottle and white is not claimed as a colored feature of the bottle.
