The mark consists of on a white background appears a yellow rectangular curve on which appears the following word design from left to right, first the uppercase word "SUPER" written in a stylized fashion of bold yellow letters with black outlines over a smudged red outline against the yellow background, then, above and to the right, the word "California" appearing in a stylized blue font alone against the yellow rectangular curve over and between the two other words, and finally, the stylized word "CHURROS" appearing in the same colors and style as the word "SUPER", namely yellow letters with black outlines over a smudged red outline on the yellow rectangular curve, which yellow rectangular curve began at the left side as a bright yellow, and ends at the right side a darker hue of yellow by graduation, and the shape of the yellow rectangular curve is somewhat more narrow in height at the left end, and expands and moves vertically up somewhat as it goes to the right, and it features shading, on the top of bright yellow and of darker yellow on the bottom, giving a raised appearance, suggesting a stylized churro product.
