Description of Mark: The color(s) yellow, black, light orange, white, orange, gray, dark orange, dark red, purple, and red is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the word "Coffee" appearing in yellow in a black rectangular box with a light orange border. The word "Up" appears in white directly above the letters "ee" in Coffee. The "U" in Up covers the light orange border above the first e in Coffee. The "p" in Up extends into the box around Coffee, above and to the right of the second "e." The word "Perk" appears above Up, rising from the lower left to the upper right. A comma and the letter "n" appear below the "Pe" in Perk, and to the left of Up, rising slightly from the lower left to the upper right. Each of the letters in "Perk 'n Up" have a yellow border at the top with an orange border at the bottom, as well as gray shading on the left portion of each letter, all of which is surrounded by a black border, and the portion of the border furthest to the right has additional gray shading outside the black border. A white coffee cup with a black border appears to the left of Perk 'n Up Coffee, and covers the left upper corner of the black box surrounding Coffee.
