Description of Mark: The colors burgundy, orange, yellow, blue, red, brown, gray and green are claimed as features of the mark. The mark is a packaging design consisting of a burgundy section at the top of the mark, followed by a yellow swag design, which separates the burgundy section from a blue section below it. Additionally, there is a fringe composed of half circles which alternate in color between burgundy and orange.
