Description of Mark: Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a shaded rectangle divided into upper, middle and lower sections by two sets of two parallel horizontal lines. The upper section contains one vertical line and one horizontal line toward the left and top, respectively, of the rectangle that meet at a curved corner suggestive of a picture frame and within the frame the words "SMALL BATCH SOUTH BAY RUM". The middle section contains the words "HANDCRAFTED AT THE BODEGAS, HATO NUEVO, SANTO DOMINGO D.R." and the uppermost portion of a picture showing an expanse of water and waves and the top of a stand of reeds to the left.
