Description of Mark: Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a large name above the logo, which is the first word: "SHEEKA'S". From left to right: 1. Small island with two palm trees, an umbrella, and lounge chair. The first palm tree leans to the left and the second palm tree is taller than the first, and it leans to the right. The island also has an open beach umbrella and lounge chair, facing the sea, towards the Winnebago, and the second island; 2. In between both islands there is a Winnebago with the head lights on: The Winnebago has a driver in it. The driver has long flowing hair past her shoulders. She has on dark sun shades to block the sun. She is strapped in with her seat belt. She is wearing a uniform shirt that has the logo of the business on the front of her shirt. On the driver's side of the Winnebago there is a Jamaica flag under the driver's side window. On the driver's side of the Winnebago, to the right of the driver's side window, there is a small door and under the door there is a side step to allow easier access into the Winnebago. The logo on the Winnebago: To the right of the door, there is a large logo. The logo consist of two islands. The first inland has two palm trees, an umbrella, and lounge tree.
