Description of Mark: The colors black, gold, and bronze are claimed as features of the mark. The entire design has a black background. The words RIGAS and RIGA BLACK BALSAM are in gold. There is a design of a castle with two banners spreading out on either side; on the left this banner contains the words HERBAL BITTER, and on the right the words PRODUCT OF LATVIA, all of which is in gold on the black background.
