Description of Mark: The color(s) yellow, orange, green, dark green, black and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the configuration of the bottle container for the goods and the labels affixed thereto. The base of the bottle is wider than the rest of the bottle, creating a tapered effect from the green cap on top down. The bottle has two main segments below the neck, the base, and a section smaller than the base just below the neck, but above the base. On the smaller section is affixed an elliptically shaped label in yellow with a thin green border, within which is an orange oval with thin green line border depicting two persons and a ladder in a olive tree orchard. To the left of the small oval is a green leaved olive branch with black olives, and to the fight of the oval is a green leafed olive branch with green olives. The bottle tapers below this label, and grows wider towards the base, within this area is affixed a yellow label containing in the center a dark green circle containing the literal elements "Depuis 1857" over a horizontal white line, under which appear the literal element "PUGET" above another horizontal white line. All literal elements appear in white. The dark green circle has a thin yellow line border, and is capped wit a yellow banner with green border.
