Description of Mark: The color(s) red, gray, yellow, white and black is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a spatial element, that is a bottle characteristic in that its body is made up of a rear wall arching outside, symmetrically merging into side walls, which overlap archwise the protruding front wall, forming two symmetrical arching risers on it. Edges of those risers are divergent in the upper part of the bottle body and convergent towards the bottle bottom, diverging slightly at the very bottom. The verbal element of the mark is an inscription Pianista in stylized white lettering, placed on the screw cap and in the upper part of the front face of the bottle against the background of the arching red banner with yellow rims. Under the inscription there is a drawing of a staff with notes and a stylized word Pianista. Under the drawing there is an inscription Vodka. On the side walls of the bottle, in their parts overlapping the front wall there is also an inscription Pianista in scattered light and black letters of different sizes on a gray background.
