Description of Mark: Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a depiction of a crest with two horses rearing on either side of the crest. A crown appears in the middle at the top of the two horses rearing. Also horizontal lines appear in between the two horses and a "P" appears below the lines. Three five pointed stars appear within the crest below the "P". The design also contains horizontal lines behind and below the crest and two vertical lines appear on either side of the horizontal lines. The dotted lines appearing around the perimeter of the design represent the shape of a cigarette box. A quarter of the way down the design appears a horizontal line which represents the flip top of the box.
