Description of Mark: Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the words "NORTON'S U.S.A." appearing over the phrase "A Uniquely American General Store". The words appear in a long horizontal rectangular shape with a graphic element resembling a star appearing at the beginning and end of each of the two rows of words. A horizontal line appears above and below the two rows of words. To the right of the words appears an artist's rendering of the actual barn that the corporation owns and the retail store operates in with the sky appearing above. In the center of the barn is a large overhead door with three rows of glass panels, exposing the inside of the store. There is a window to the right of the overhead door and a large sixteen-paned fixed window above. Above the sixteen-paned window is a hay door with glass in the upper half. There is a door appearing at the bottom left of the barn and a sign indicating "NORTON'S U.S.A.
