The top right and bottom left quadrants have a solid yellow background, with a knobbed stick in the foreground, which is black in color. At the very center of the crest, where the quadrants connect, there is a smaller crest, which has a yellow background and a green object in the foreground. The green object is made up of a vertical line with a capstone, and then two lines crossing diagonally at the center of the vertical line, which represent two canoe paddles.
