Description of Mark: The color(s) red, green and black is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a clear background against which is a half oval red line which curves to the right at the upper left portion of the mark and an half oval red line at the lower portion of the mark, each red line becomes wider toward the middle and thinner toward the end. Along the inside of the upper left half oval red line is another shorter red half oval line which is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. At the upper end of the outside half oval red line located at the upper left portion of the mark is a green stem of somewhat oval shape which sits on five green leaves of different widths and lengths. The two separated outside half oval red lines together with the green stem loosely form the outline of an eggplant. All the words in the mark are lower case and are in black, as are the dots which separate words in the mark as well. The red eggplant outline shape partially surrounds the typewritten word "mia", which is next to a large dot, together with the letter "z", which is the first letter of the handwritten word "za's". The letter "z" in the word "za's" has a large oval shape as the lower portion of that letter. The oval shape encompasses the words "fresh Italian your way." After forming the bottom part of the "z" in an oval, the line of the handwritten "z" then becomes a horizontal line underling the word "za's", with the tip of the line extending upward to the right and then sloping downward and under. Underneath the word "za's" is a large dot, to the right of which is the typewritten word "café".
