Description of Mark: Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a half oval line which curves to the right at the upper left portion of the mark and a half oval line at the lower portion of the mark, each line becomes wider toward the middle and thinner toward the end. Along the inside of the upper left half oval line is another shorter half oval line which is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. At the upper end of the outside half oval line located at the upper left portion of the mark is a stem of somewhat oval shape which sits on five leaves of different widths and lengths. The two separated outside half oval lines together with the stem loosely form the outline of an eggplant. All the words in the mark are lower case. The eggplant outline shape partially surrounds the typewritten word "mia", which is next to a large dot. Next to the dot is the first letter of the handwritten word "za's". The letter "z" in the word "za's" has a large oval shape as the lower portion of that letter. The oval shape encompasses the words "fresh iltalian your way." After forming the bottom part of the "z" in an oval, the line of the handwritten "z" then becomes a horizontal line underlining the word "za's", with the tip of the line extending upward to the right and then sloping downward and under. Underneath the word "za's" is a large dot, to the right of which is the typewritten word "café" .
