Description of Mark: The lining and pores in the illustration of the filter cone is a feature of the mark and does not indicate color. The drawing is lined to represent the colors red, green, yellow and gold, which colors are a feature of the mark. Specifically, the band on the upper quarter of the container above the filter and below the word "MELITTA" is lined for the color gold. The upper portion of the mark located above the gold band is lined for the color red. The lower portion of the mark located below the gold band is lined for the color green and having superimposed thereon a rectangle lined for the color red and having a band lined for the color gold at the bottom of the red rectangle. The outlines of the rays of light going through the filter are lined for the colors yellow and green. The "No. 4" is lined for the color red with a drop shadow lined for the color yellow. The background for the words "FLAVOR PORES" is lined for the color yellow. Although the drawing cannot adequately depict this feature, the words "FLAVOR PORES" are red in color.
