Description of Mark: Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a side view of an Arabian horse leaping forward in the air with its front legs pointing down and forward in a quarter circle form and its hind legs pointing back and downward in a quarter circle form. Collectively the front and hind legs of the Arabian horse form less than half of a partial circle. The body of the Arabian horse displays the horse's neck, with the horse mane directed horizontally backwards to simulate the horse moving forward or leaping, the Arabian horse's head and ears are identifiable, the Arabian horse's tail is vertically upward with the tail hair directed horizontally backwards to simulate the horse moving forward or leaping. Below the Arabian Horse an uppercase "H" lowercase "de" and uppercase "C" or "H de C" are displayed in cursive text. The top of the left stroke of the uppercase "H" veers to the left and downward in a stylistic quarter circle. The bottom of the left stroke of the uppercase "H" veers down and sharply leftward and continues sharply leftward to complete a loop and then continue in a right and downward trajectory before proceeding upward and concluding under the letter "e". The letters "de" are in lower case cursive text. The bottom stroke of the uppercase "C" is thinner and standard and thickens while rising in a traditional uppercase "C" form. The top of the uppercase "C" stroke thins again and continues sharply downward to the right and continues sharply to the right until it crosses or loops the main top stroke of the uppercase "C" in an upward trajectory and proceeds upward and thickens high above the "de" letters and proceeds downward and thins concluding slightly above the top of the left stroke of the uppercase "H".
