Description of Mark: Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the words "Hartz Cat Toys" above a dome design. To the left and right of the wording is a curved line extending to the base of the dome. Below the wording "Hartz Cat Toys" and within the dome design are the words "Every Toy Fills A Need". In the center of the dome design are three cat designs in different poses. The cat on the left is standing on its hind legs under a human hand dangling an object, the middle cat is following a ball, and the right cat is following a mouse.
