Description of Mark: The color(s) green, gold, red, white and blue is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a clear bottle for use as packaging for the liquid goods, and wording and designs appearing thereon. The mark includes the color green applied over and around the cap and extending partly down the neck of the bottle, with a gold band appearing near the bottom thereof and with a gold shield appearing above the gold band on the bottle neck. Inside the shield is a stylized rendition of the letters "FV" in green.
