Description of Mark: The color(s) brown, orange, yellow, black, pink, red, blue, and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of wording and designs among a circular logo. The outer circle of the design is brown and is broken in places. The wording "INDIA PALE ALE" appears in brown between breaks in the bottom of the outer circle. Inside that circle, there is a wider, orange circle that contains more wording. The words "FAT HEAD'S" appear brown lettering with clear outlines at the top portion of the orange circle, and "HEAD HUNTER" appears in brown lettering with no outlines. To the left and right of "HEAD HUNTER", there are three brown, circular dots on each side. Inside the orange circle, there is a clear ring and then finally one more yellow circle at the center of the mark. The yellow circle is mostly background behind a stylized face of a balding fat man wearing black sunglasses. The man is made up to look like a caveman or tribesman. The lines of the man's head, face, hair, and mustache are black and the man's face itself is pink, but his face has red, blue, orange, and yellow paint designs. The hair on the sides of the man's head is pulled into ponytails and affixed with red, yellow, and blue beads, as well as yellow ties. The man has a brown bone piercing his nose, and yellow hoop earrings on his ears and lip. The man wears a brown and white necklace made of bones or teeth. All other white in the mark represents transparent background space.
