Description of Mark: Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a large circle with nineteen gearlike-like points of identical size and shape pointing away, emerging from and surrounding the upper two-thirds of the large circle, with two contrasting narrow circular bands within the large circular shape, one band slightly smaller in diameter than the large circular shape and the other about one-half the diameter of the large circular shape. Within the upper two-thirds of the space between the two smaller circles appears the upper-case word "BOUT" and to its right the upper-case word "THAT", with dollar-sign symbols (i.e., "$") preceding and following those two words. Within the smallest of the three circular shapes are three stylized soft bags, with dollar-signs imprinted on each and rope-ties sealing each, against a background of vertical stripes within the smallest circle. Across the lower two-thirds of the large circle and bursting through the circumference thereof appears an upward-curved sash (which sash is outlined in contrasting shade) with the upper-case word "MONEY" in contrasting shade displayed across the sash. Below the sash and within the space between the two smaller circles appears the upper-case letters "B.T.M" with no period after the "M".
