Description of Mark: Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of an image of a common American made V-Twin motorcycle engine, showing the upper cylinders and heads with a carburetor in the middle with small letters on it saying "BAD ASS V-TWIN". Along side each cylinder, facing to the front and rear are side views of skulls, one facing left, the other facing right. Going across the lower side of the V Twin engine image is a flamed banner with larger words "BAD ASS" inside it with the flame tips intertwining out from behind the image. Below the banner image, but still attached, is a tattered looking human skull with feathered wings stretching outward from the temple area of the skull that go behind the flamed banner containing the large "Bad Ass" words. Behind the entire image are classic looking flames that stretch-out from the sides and above the V Twin engine and cylinders. Underneath the image and separated from the image are the words "V-TWIN".
