Description of Mark: Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a stylized telephone handset positioned above a square, house-like cradle. The cradle includes a concave curved cut-out at each upper corner and rounded bottom corners. As viewed, a rectangular shaped door cut-out is positioned at the right side of the square. A small circle is positioned in the middle right side of the door rectangle. A narrow larger rectangle is centrally positioned at the bottom of the door cut-out. A smaller rectangle is centrally positioned on top of the lower, larger rectangle. These rectangles depict stairs. As viewed, a rectangular box shaped cut-out is positioned to the left of the rectangle door shape. It is divided equally into four smaller rectangles by a vertical line and a horizontal line. As viewed, on the left side of the stylized square cradle is a line forming two loops and attaching to the left side of the stylized telephone handset. The handset has a narrow cut-out three quarters down dissecting each side leaving a rounded bottom on each side. The words "A WATCHFUL" are centered under the stylized square, house-like cradle and the word "NEIGHBOR" is centered under the words "A WATCHFUL".
